Position- Senior Executive (EHS)

Exp- 5 to 10 Years

Qualification- M.Sc. Environment

Candidate from Regulatory API plant will be preferred

Job Responsibilities :

Must have handled Effluent Treatment Plant, Sewage Treatment Plant (ETP/STP) in big size Chemical, Petrochemical, API with Zero Liquid Discharge (ZLD).

Knowledge of Waste Water Treatment, Water Recycling, Reverse Osmosis (RO) as well as Pollution Control Board norms is required.

Initiate lead improvement drives on,Water Usage Reduction (WUR),Effluent Generation Ratio (EGR) reduction,Waste Hazardous waste reduction

All Analysis for COD, BOD, TDD, DO, TURBIDITY, SP GRAVITY, PH Preparation of Various Daily Reports & Records

Familiar about Troubleshooting of ETP Plant

Prominent knowledge about MBR, MBBR, Aerobic, Anaerobic, UF, RO, SBR, MEE Striper , ZLD.

Maintaining the statutory Documents Liasioning with external authorities’ agencies.

Monitoring the Pollution control parameters implementing measures to meet the standards

Timely submission of all monthly/Half yearly/Annual reports required by MPPCB/CPCB.

Shall have knowledge of Implementation of ISO: 14001 and ISO: 45001.

Shall have knowledge of SAP system

Chemical Stock maintenance and arrangement.

Having knowledge on Sustainability

Manage the shift schedules of operators, allocate job to maintenance & contract supervisor as per schedules.

Good knowledge of Kaizen,5S and FIFO

Good knowledge of daily shift operation documentation management –logbook, checklist and data filling in computerized report

Good knowledge of MS office for online report maintain

Person should be good knowledge of MPPCB data filling in online portal

Identified shift issue and resolve on time for avoid breakdown
