Job Description:

Recruiter/HR Generalist

The Recruiter/HR Generalist will support overall HR operations. The primary focus will be on recruiting. Other duties will include generalist roles such as performance management, employee relations, staff development etc.

Roles and responsibilities

Recruitment

• Prepare job descriptions and job postings.
• Coordinate recruitment strategy with hiring manager, including pre-screening questions.
• Use databases, social media, networking, and online tools to find and recruit candidates.
• Screening of applicant pools, including telephone interviews if necessary.
• Recruit and select candidates using various reliable tools.
• Assist in the selection process and build relationships with influential candidates

HR generalist

• Conduct employee onboarding and help organize training & development initiatives.
• Assist employees with HR-related topics such as leaves and compensation and resolve any issues that may arise.
• Ensure job requirements and job descriptions are updated for all positions in the organization.
• Ensure that HR policies and standard operating procedures are maintained and updated.
• Analyze exit interviews and make requisite recommendations based on the findings
• Perform additional HR generalist duties as needed and assigned.

Education and Experience:

• Masters degree in Human Resources, Business Administration.
• At least 1-2 years of human resource management experience.
• 2-3 years experience conducting full life-cycle recruiting.

Company Working Hours 9:30 am - 6:00 pm Monday to Friday
