Your responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Develop and maintain business relationships with key functional and divisional partners. Strong alignment with the NBS CONEXTS Business Partnering team.
• Drive the Learning Solutions Key Account Strategy & develop/execute key account / business development plans
• Maintain and enhance knowledge of NBS CONEXTS Learning Solutions’ services, products, strategy, positioning, key messages, programs and customers
• Drive and participate in Learning Solutions peer to peer knowledge sharing & feedback events
• Support Learning Solutions project team from opportunity identification through to delivery and feedback
• Collaboration with other NBS CONEXTS service teams to enable integrated NBS CONEXTS solutions
• Partner with service development to identify emerging customer needs and to modify existing and develop new service offerings.

What you’ll bring to the role:

• 12+ years of experience in learning environments (2+ years in the Pharmaceutical space)
• 2-3 years’ experience managing complex learning related projects or multiple projects as part of a large program
• Experience working with and anticipating the needs of senior stakeholders
• Crucial to success in this role will be the ability to work under pressure, in an environment of ambiguity and rapid change.
• Direct or indirect people management as a lead or part of a large program

Desirable:

• Strong cross functional leadership with ability to influence at a distance
