Pros

Everyday is something different when dealing with the debtors. To me I like dealing with different people everyday. The compensation is somewhat decent as long as you perform to your expected goal. The people that you work with are great, as you might find yourself much more competent and knowledgable than some. Overall, not a bad place to work if you're looking for a filler position within a company that has high turnover.

Cons

You're expected to make 80 calls and work 100 accounts daily. Some of the management have acquried the "power high" attribute that more than some get. Some weeks could feel monotonous whereas others feel completely different on a day to day basis.

Pros

Benefits Office Managing Attorney Helping people in need

Cons

Compensation is not competitive given the workload and broader market expectations. Leadership effectiveness varies, with inconsistency most noticeable at the management level. Opportunities for career advancement and professional development are limited, which contributes to high turnover across the organization, including among both attorneys and support staff. Diversity within management and attorney leadership roles is limited, and promotion decisions can feel influenced more by subjective management perceptions, race and popularity than by objective performance. This can create the perception that advancement opportunities are not equitable. While diversity initiatives exist in name, they lack visible follow‑through and meaningful engagement, often appearing reactive rather than intentional. This inconsistency reflects broader challenges with alignment between stated commitments and day‑to‑day practices.
