Thoughts on using an emoji here or there for internal or friendly/casual external rapport emails - aside from an obvious read of the room? Does it scream unprofessional? It's really just how I communicate 99% of the time on the internet outside of work and have found the few younger colleagues that are very casual...

“I don’t know what a quantum is but I know we’re crushing it”. I actually really like the new BDC ad with Rick Mercer. Well cast, the red and white is on point, and although the FX is mid the message is bang on. I wonder who actually wrote that line- it’s delivered though cringed teeth. The NFLD line at the end is a perfect Mercer nod. Too bad, the quantum line cheapens it.

Has anyone dealt with Robert Half recruiters? They had some creative roles on LinkedIn recently, but they weren't up for very long, the jobs weren't posted on their website, and the descriptions were pretty generic. I could be wrong, but it gave the impression that maybe they were just farming for resumes.
