What will happen if I don’t do the botp assignment? As I need to prepare for interview so that I can resign after taking offer ?

I recently cleared the L1 and L2 interview at Capgemini and completed the CTC discussion. It has been almost a week since then, but the HR team mentions they are still waiting for approvals. For those who joined Capgemini recently, how many days does it typically take to receive the official offer letter? Any insights would be greatly appreciated!

Urgent input needed: I received an offer letter for a Devops Engineer role at Capgemini. The location mentioned is the Capgemini Talwade office, not the Capgemini Hinjewadi Phase 3 office. I asked the HR about this, and he told me that I have to go to the Talwade office only for onboarding purposes. After onboarding, I can work from the Hinjewadi Phase 3 office. Does this happen for everyone who got offer for the Pune location? Kindly share your inputs.
