Software Developer 1
Difference is in the pay. I have seen few Development Engineers as their designation but they don't do development work, and with same designation in another team those guys do development work. Pay will be the different for both.

Software Developer 1
It's just a role. In your interview round itself you will get to know that what you will be working on development/other things!
4
Program Manager 1
The designation starts in the below order :
Engineer 1
Engineer 2,3 and 4.
It’s the base designation, the role varies on your skillset.
If you are a dev, you will be SDE3
For test, it will be SDET 3
For devops it will be devops 3
Same for every other role. Comcast has a salary bracket for each role and it varies for each department but mot much

The titles **Engineer 3, Software Development & Engineering** and **Development Engineer 3** are often used interchangeably but can differ based on the company. Generally, both are mid-to-senior level roles (Level 3) in software development. The **Engineer 3, Software Development & Engineering** title may imply a broader scope, possibly involving system architecture, cross-team collaboration, and engineering best practices. In contrast, a **Development Engineer 3** often focuses more narrowly on building, testing, and maintaining specific software components or products. The exact responsibilities and expectations depend on the company's role definitions, team structure, and engineering frameworks.
