How's the enabling areas' work in Deloitte? Does anyone have any idea? I have heard that in enabling areas, people work on internal products of Deloitte and there is not much learning. Can anyone comment? It would be very helpful. Deloitte Deloitte USI

I have got a marriage proposal from a guy who is a Major in the Indian Army and he is from RIMC (prestigious boarding school). He seems to be humble and mature. Their family is calling and chasing my father. But the catch is that the guy is slightly bald from the front but overall has a good personality. He is in the infantry so naturally he is very fit. My father is asking for a firm decision from my end so that he can proceed but I am unable to decide. This bald thing is bothering me. Advise.

TCS guys pls help me if this ctc looks fine for c3b grade. Also why it looks me that this monthly and quarterly performance component is main reason to inflate ctc. Also is it fine to move from accenture to tcs. My current CTC is 30lac Tata Consultancy Tata Consultancy Services .
