Hi, I have been with Infosys for the past 2.8 years. It is my first job. Now, I have received an offer from LTM with a 30% hike and a level senior designation. Infosys is now trying to retain me with a promotion and a 30% hike. In this case, what should I do? Should I stay with Infosys or join LTM? I don’t have any idea about the work culture at LTM. Can somebody help me with this? My technology is Oracle EPM – EPBCS Planning.

Worked on many weekends in May due to project timelines. My company was aware of it and the client manager confirmed in writing I'd be getting paid but my company is refusing to pay. It's not any Lala company but a big mid tier service firm. How to deal with such exploitation?
