Somebody reached out from NTT consulting for a senior Director role to help lead financial services risk. Is that a managing Director level? Any ideas on compensation? What is NTT like from a culture perspective?

    It’s not called MD so it’s not MD. There aren’t many synonyms for the title across firms.

    Senior Director at Cognizant is Managing Director level if you consider MD level where you are responsible for a budget, get equity, and travel business class.

    I have had a few colleagues at that level go to NTT over the years. None stayed more than two years before making a lateral move.

My patience for this job is waning… I’m 35, single, no debt - Made some decent investments last year in some AI chip stocks and now they’re coming to roost.. my brokerage account is now more than my 401k. I feel like my life is 90% work and 10% everything else.
