Is dress code strictly followed in EY GDS?

I have an offer of 52 LPA with a product based company, what grade can I expect for this range in EY, will it be a Senior Consultant, Manager or Senior Manager. YoE is 15 years. Stack is Azure/AWS, Agentic AI and Embedded Systems
Iam getting news that this year hike going to be not good compare to last year due to multiple reasons and EY GDS planning to invest more in AI than in resource, and job cuts May happen at any time. Is this true anyone heard or getting news on current year hikes and promotions.
What are the perks available in EY GDS apart from salary ??

Yes. Very much. π Haven't seena person following a dress code. Thankfully they don't come in Pajamas.
In the BMP office I have never seen a person wearing a hoodie, graphic t shirt or torn jeans, so most of the people follow a decent dress code.
Reason I asked is in the mail they shared not to wear running shoes
not at all- you can wear casual and semi formal clothes.
EY3 -- konsa office bhai, mujhe to sab jagah aunty log hi dikhti hai
NO THERE IS NOT!
shoes seriously, i went to office wearing formal shoes and manager said -" are you going for an interview. Come in casual clothes. Just don't wear slippers..π"
Does anyone have a clue about the dress code in the gurgaon office?
Should be as long as they are paired with clean jeans and trousers which are formal in attire. And also this changes if your job is client facing . Then strict formals if it involves backend like USA UK and other country clients then polos are fine
In Hyderabad office recently they have placed flyers LOL . This is acceptable and this is not . It's such a shame that grownup professionals coming to a service based industry in flip flops and women in extremely short and men in faded and highly distressed jeans. We had a conversation with SM in our building and they are keeping eyes in violations and i don't know what will be the outcome. I for one have never worn or will ever wear even casual to office only business formals always
Have seen a partner coming in pajamas, so you can guess the dress code. π€£π
