My annual appraisal score was 9. It was 9.65, 9.65, 9.4 in the previous quarters. I was given xtramiles points during March this year. Everything was going smooth until I had some conflicts with my manager. I had some conflicts and disagreements with my RM and his RM in the 3rd week of April and it was so bad that they have given me TP rating. Direct HR is not helping much. Guide me on proper channel to escalate. Details on conflict in comments.
Had a TP2 client round interview at HCLTech last Friday. The discussion went well and it felt more like a conversation than a formal interview. They asked a few basic questions related to my project and experience. Now the position status is showing as “closed.” Wanted to ask others: What usually happens after the client round in HCL? How much time do they take to share results? Is rejection still possible even if the round went well? Would appreciate if anyone can share their experience.
I am currently availing it. Seeing the flexi limits you are E2 band. You can buy a car from HCL. Any car any model as per your choice. It will be on hcl name and you as co owner. You downpay 20%, rest emi will deduct from hcl account. You can buy car upto emi of 12500 as per your limits. In case of bigger car you pay additional emi from your pocket. Take petrol or cng reimbursement by uploading bills, limit is 96000 for you. So so have salary of 150000+96000 as tax free. So you save around 75000 tax yearly.

You can choose between 3/4/5 years. Interest rate is currently provided by banks. During my car it was 7.3% for 5 years via axis Bank. HCL team shares the interest and bank, and we have to accept if ok.
