I attended tp2 last Wednesday and till now I didn't receive any rejection mail or the selected mail. In the portal it shows an interview is scheduled, likely how many days we can get the result. Interview went well but at the end the panel was asking scenario based questions based on Admin roles whereas I am a developer so couldn't answer it confidently and the end panel looked like I was not satisfied. So keen to know if I'm selected or not.

My annual appraisal score was 9. It was 9.65, 9.65, 9.4 in the previous quarters. I was given xtramiles points during March this year. Everything was going smooth until I had some conflicts with my manager. I had some conflicts and disagreements with my RM and his RM in the 3rd week of April and it was so bad that they have given me TP rating. Direct HR is not helping much. Guide me on proper channel to escalate. Details on conflict in comments.

Hi Fishes, I’m currently serving my notice period, and my last working day is 25-Jul-2026. However, I still haven’t received my May salary yet. Is anyone else facing the same issue?

Is HCL safe for 30 LPA 13 yoe person considering I am going to be deployed for LBG client. I heard the client is very impatient and can fire from project within a month. Any heads up???
