Had a TP2 client round interview at HCLTech last Friday. The discussion went well and it felt more like a conversation than a formal interview. They asked a few basic questions related to my project and experience. Now the position status is showing as “closed.” Wanted to ask others: What usually happens after the client round in HCL? How much time do they take to share results? Is rejection still possible even if the round went well? Would appreciate if anyone can share their experience.

Hi Folks, Does Hcl not hold salary after resignation? I had put my papers after getting March month salary, and did not receive April salary as expected in Apr month end. But received salary on 8th May even without tax deduction. I'm not sure what happened. Anyone can suggest, is it normal procedure or what?

Guys, if serving notice in HCL Tech, till what time it can be revoked? I heard, it only can be revoked until not accepted, is it correct?Or it can be revoked after acceptance as well?
