I have resigned in IBM one week back and today my manager put me on PIP, stating that this is due to the client escalation that I had in this quater.

My CTC at IBM including fixed and variable is around 24.88 LPA..for 10.8 years of IT experience and with current Profile in AWS Devops..Is it on par with market standard or am I underpaid and what should be the current CTC as per market.

Hi IBMers, I read a post here on fish bowl that said that IBM is going to track both check-in and check-outs soon. And also going to make mandatory 8 hrs work from the office per day(Band 8 and above 5 days, while the rest have to be in the office for 3 days per week). Please let me know if it's true or have you also heard/read anything related to this. IBM

Can you guys please tell that during which part of the year (like which month) , it is best and safest to take release from current project in terms of other opportunities mainly inside ibm and outside also ??
