How should I handle my coworker who is constantly interrupting me while I'm speaking? We're at the same level, but he only ever interrupts me. It feels personal.

Does anyone actually like their job or working in insurance? I feel like, we're all just kind of stuck here.
Remote workers with kids, what are you planning on doing with your kids this summer? Do you keep them at home and try to work, or do you spend the money for daycare? Last year, I kept them home and it was a complete nightmare, but I'm not sure I want to cough up $2,500 a month on childcare, just so I can keep my home quiet enough to work.
💭 Do you actually disconnect from work when you're off, or are you always halfway checked in?
Fidelity Just Ended Hybrid Work. Is This the Start of a New RTO Wave? I think so. But, their logic is somewhat flawed. The article says “Fidelity is concerned that remote work deprives employees, especially younger generations, of valuable networking and learning opportunities.” However, the mandate is for all employees, not just junior or newer employees. I’ve got a personal claim in progress with a competing company, and it made me wonder.. do you look more closely at claims when the person filing works in the same field or industry for a competitor?
Could be. Could be a gender issue too. Could be a communication style difference. I have a colleague who takes long pauses while she's talking. We've learned to just wait and let her finish, but at first it was tempting to interrupt.
I suggest having a one on one conversation about it. If that doesn’t solve the problem, talk to your manager and possibly HR business partner. Document all of the meetings, just in case.
Tell him to be quiet
