Hello . I am currently facing a major career crossroads. I am feeling deeply frustrated and burnt out at my current job and am contemplating resigning. I do have a financial backup/savings cushion that can support me for a while, but I am trying to decide whether I should resign immediately for my peace of mind, or push through the struggle a bit longer. I want to upgrade myself, 19 Years of Exp in Software testing domain. Pls give inputs.
Post selection in Infosys , they send Digiverifier verification link , here ITR password , UAN password & OTP is also asked. I got concerned feeding OTP , is portal.digiverifier.com safe ?? should I provide my UAN OTP there ??? Any personal experience, pls mention.

Don’t answer directly that 30% hike. They will be more than happy to low ball you. Ask for some to do research, reach out to people on different bowls and ask them what should be expected salary or you can check Glassdoor, Indeed and similar other websites.
what to say when we het the initial call from HR/ recruitment agency guys? as we have to answer spontaneously and won't have time to research about the company

I'm expecting a market standard hike of 30%. Or check Glassdoor for the salary and then tell that you know range for this role is x and you expect around that
Research about your job market value and bring it to the table, first focus on getting the interview round cleared and when that bridge comes then discuss about the salary
Chck the salary ranges for ur tech stack... Bcz demand increase price
