    TCS for sure, Coforge(erstwhile NIIT) is not a match to TCS if the salary offered is same, be it w.r.t. WLB or scope and span of learning/clients/business domain(s), you name the factor and TCS scores better over Coforge. All the best with your choice and career ahead.

    The only thing positive for Coforge is, they offering wfh ( May be they will call in near future)

I am currently working in AI/ML with nearly 4 years of total experience. I recently interviewed with Deloitte USI and would like to understand the compensation range they typically offer for candidates with a similar profile. My current CTC is ₹6.05 LPA, and I have an offer from Accenture at ₹10.64 LPA CTC (~₹8.6 LPA fixed). I have 6.7 years exp and currently hold two offers in Bangalore: Deutsche Bank: ₹16.12 LPA fixed + ₹1 lakh JB + discretionary annual bonus.Hybrid Capgemini: ₹18 LPA fixed in ₹20 LPA CTC.Hybrid CCTC : 8.16 Lpa Both roles are in HP NonStop/Tandem Mainframe . Deutsche Bank role is pure development, while Capgemini involves development, support follows waterfall model Which would you choose considering career growth, work-life balance. Any suggestions would be appreciated. 5 days left
