When a client literally says they’ll be the worst client you’ll ever work with, you should listen to them.

Why do I hear this about Vz? They were my clients a long time and I have seen so much craziness! My experience was always that they were reasonably prompt and courteous with few exceptions.

5 years on that account. The only benefit was that they had big budgets. The major downside to that was their solution to everything was to throw more money at the problem. Deadlines meant nothing to them because they knew Leadership would bend over backward and agree to anything as long as the scope increased and the check cleared. I have never heard of anyone saying they liked working on that account.
