I spoke to a friend of mine there yesterday because i had the same question. They had some great press and I grew up in DC so i wanted to apply. they’re having big issues in the C suite. Apparently the entire agency doesn’t respect the revenue officer and it appears they’re looking to get her out. Morale is bad because they laid off good people over the last three years and CEO won’t make changes to leadership. At least two of his direct reports are redundant. Ashley Marshall and some guy whose name i can’t remember but who isn’t in Richmond office are/were the only respected creative leaders at that level. I hope they can turn it around. This industry needs as may agencies in business as we can get.
