Hey Guys, Finally for an offer from Salesforce india yesterday. I think I made a mistake of not negotiating well in excitement. Offered role Technical Architect. Cctc -45 lpa, 40 fixed. SF offer - 45 lpa fixed, 6.70 bonus, $40k RSU split in 4 years. Please review and share your thoughts Salesforce

If someone has already accepted the offer on the portal, is there still any scope to renegotiate compensation (fixed/bonus/benefits), especially if another offer comes in later or there’s a change in situation? Hi Everyone, I have received an offer from Salesforce for Success Architect role. Its an AMER shift role where they are saying the work timing will be 5.30 PM - 2.30 AM IST. Can anyone confirm the timing and also if anyone has joined recently in the same role then please share your experience in terms of work pressure, flexibility and responsibility.

I'm joining Salesforce as an MTS next month. I wanted to know what shift timings are like at Salesforce and also some things I should look out for in the first few months. Also some indications about WFH equipment reimbursement amount caps will be helpful for me to plan. I would really appreciate any help!
