I am average performer technically and don't have that smart communication skills as well ..I survived for 11 years in IT with this. Now I am feeling tensed becoz expectations are more from me and leadership is needed now. Please guys tell me how can I survive for few more years.Atleast I need to work for 5-6 yrs more. Background check took about two weeks for me. I think that's fairly standard.
