Hi all, I have around 5 years of exp in DevOps Engineer and recently received the following offers • Goldman Sachs- Associate – 27 LPA – Bangalore • Autodesk – 20 LPA – Bglr • Ericsson – 20 LPA – Bglr • UST – 20 LPA – Trivandrum (hometown) Before making my final decision I would love to hear from current or former employees about:Long-term career growth, Learning opportunities and Work-life balance. I have 16+ exp (AVP) in Peformance testing mostly, last 1-2 years working in Automation along with Python. Upskilled myself in AI/ML since last 2 years. in CV showing AI/ML exp as 6+ yrs and rest 10 yrs in misc area like testing, cloud with CICD etc. For last few months workplace became very toxic, hence tried to switch in AI/ML but getting very fewer call, most of the applicaiton are rejected. Thinking to put paper w/o offer and use the last 30-45 of 90 days NP. What's your advice?
What role? I've heard it takes about 3 weeks for most roles. Unsure of the background verification.
For software developer role
Background check took about two weeks for me. I think that's fairly standard.
