This may be controversial, but I’ve seen cases where Indian leadership at the top can harm a healthy work environment through micromanagement, unrealistic expectations, and poor work-life balance, pushing teams beyond their roles while cutting costs. After our UK management handed control to a new director in India, the team has increasingly been made to feel like underperformers despite consistent effort. I don't know if anyone else has experienced this!
Need suggestions on below offers for 10.2 YOE: * TCS – 60 LPA (50L fixed + 10L variable ) * CBA (Commonwealth Bank of Australia) – 77 LPA (60L fixed + 17L variable) Which one is better in terms of WLB, growth, job stability, engineering culture & future opportunities?
