How are the job market for 10 plus years experience? Trying in product based openings in Linkedin , the system is auto rejecting after a week, anyone facing same?

Guys , someone please guide me how should I prepare for Barclays full stack role with 9 yrs. It's a matter of marriage. Girl I liked much but she wants a guy with job in banking product based company only.I am serving np but offers from service industry only. Nowadays service has no value.please guys guide me if any preparation way or samples anyone can provide. It's life's decison for me.
