The Hartford India offer — take it or leave it? Current: ₹32 LPA (100% fixed) Offer: ₹50 LPA (42L fixed | 8L variable) 56% overall hike. Fixed jump is 31%. Variable is 16% of total CTC. My concern is the 8L variable — don't want to land in a situation where I'm chasing a number that never fully pays out. Anyone at The Hartford India? It is huge. A lot of learning involved. But at the same time, it's a high pressure situation as it's a core banking env. Just to say, I started my career from SBI belapur and I credit a lot of my learning and growth to that env. It's India's biggest and busiest core banking env one can work in.
