    Deloitte. Because chances are you will work for Deloitte through globant as deloitte is major client for globant so better work for deloitte. Deloitte has better benefits than Globant. And day by day Globant is becoming a cheap company . Going forward most of the operations will be run by Argentina team n they don't have good views about Indian professional
