Interview
just like any other interview process where they will call you when an interview is ready and then begin asking basic questions. If they like you you will get scheduled within 1-2 weeks or given a reminder to take note of. They will ask for availability however you get to choose in the application which position you wish to take on. Overall it's like any other interview , stay calm and you'll be fine , answer with conviction and confidence and that should really help.
I was asked to fill out my availability as soon as I sat down. The interviewer didn't ask me any questions. When I asked the interviewer questions, it seemed like he didn't knew what was going on.
They just asked me to fill out a form asking when I can start and what my preferred hours were. I applied for the baker roles, but they mentioned that bakers are usually for guys.

It was an open interview day spanning from 12-4pm. All I needed to do was come in during the time frame and ask for a manager to conduct the interview.
