A HackerRank live coding exercise. When I asked clarifying questions before coding, I was directed back to the HackerRank tests rather than discussing the problem or approach.

I attempted to clarify the requirements and discuss the problem before coding, as I would in a collaborative engineering environment. Due to technical issues with the HackerRank editor and lack of interaction beyond directing me to the test, I was unable to meaningfully proceed.
