Ministry of Business, Innovation and Employment interview question
A variety of very perfunctory scenario based questions which I was told I needed to answer with STAR (situation, task, action, result) orientated answers.

I answered their questions, but was passed over for a candidate with "volume" based experience. (The 32 roles the job was to hire isn't "volume" recruitment).
