Informal interview. We sat down and have a normal chat about the Job and what skills I could bring to it. I felt relaxed and never intimidated by the interviewer.

Easy going, relaxed. Ask you to make several different coffees. Area manager talked a lot. No mention of benefits or potential promotions. Casual, friendly chat vibes. Quite busy in store, perhaps could do the the interview at a different time.
