Can you describe the difference between Direct Form I and Direct Form II?

This was a technical question asked during my in-person technical interview because I had chosen DSP as a technical area for that. I could have easily answered this question during undergrad, but I had totally forgotten the answer during the interview, so that was somewhat embarrassing.
