2 phone calls, several emails, good things, bad things.
I had 2 interviews, one with a HR person and one with the team leader. Both interviews were OK, people were nice, just getting to know each other. After that, I was supposed to go to Cambridge for a face to face interview, but the HR person was so terrible in planning the visit that I had to be frank with him. I emailed him that the management of a simple visit in Cambridge was so terrible that I am really doubting the quality of the job they do there.
I gave him an example of how he should have done it, in 2-3 lines to avoid any troubles. Never heard from them again.
I am sure the company is OK, but for sure i don't want to work for a team that is not doing the job properly and on top of that is not able to take a decent feedback for a bad performance. But hey, this is what happens in any corporation, isn't it?
