Seems to me you went through the norm of retail interviewing these days. My background is in HR. Cashiers are the last defense for a business to keep the customer happy. If the cashier messes up, customer may never come back. Personalities for cashiers are important. Otherwise, retailers are always looking for night shift stock workers. I was a night shift manager for a retailer like Weis Markets LLC. Weis can be a good company to work for. Just keep to yourself and don't get involved with drama and back stabbing; you'll do well. Follow up after your interview. Make sure they know you are interested further than just an interview. good luck.
