During the process there was a recruitment manager from the company who kept me updated with progress throughout the process and was supportive in terms of ensuring the right timings for interviews etc.
My first round was with the hiring manager and they helped me feel relaxed from the start by just having more of a discussion approach to the interview. They were clearly aware how daunting interviews can be from the candidate perspective so the first round was just an initial chat to align expectations and ensure suitability for the role from both sides.
The second round was more formal where I met some of the wider team and had to prepare a presentation, however due to personal commitments I didn't have as long to prepare the interview as I'd hoped but they happily moved this back to give me the opportunity to be fully prepared which was greatly appreciated. Once the presentation was done with they were asking me more about my experience and then certain views for things relevant to the role, again everyone helped me feel relaxed during the presentation.
There was a final round interview where I had to meet the COO and HR, this was again managed well and more about ensuring my suitability for the company and that I'd be a good fit. This was also a good opportunity to ask questions about the company policies and benefits in detail.
