Hamburg Süd Interview Questions

Processo online e presencial. Duração de duas semanas. A primeira parte foi uma prova, depois uma dinâmica em grupo e por ultimo entrevista com o gestor. Gostei muito do feedback que a empresa passa.

Durante la entrevista se realizó una conversación con los responsables de RRHH, en la que se conversaron asuntos generales, expectativas y proyecciones propias, una breve charla en inglés y aspiraciones vocacionales.

It was very professional and friendly. we discussed the industry, business models, new challenges, and what is required for this role. Then there were some technical questions related to Finance.

Intervino el responsable de RH, los dos supervisores de cobranza y la gerente de cobranza. Cada entrevistador hizo una tanda de preguntas y al momento de dar una respuesta incorrecta, se escucho en la videollamada la risa de la gerente del area.

They responded to my application fairly quickly and told me it would be a multiple interview process. After the first informal interview, which lasted about 10 minutes, another interview was scheduled with the partner. On the day of the interview, the partner never called. I called the front desk of the firm and sent an email to the person that set up the interview. More than 24 hours later I received an email reply to reschedule. I also received a call from the partner asking me to set up another interview because "unfortunately we didn't get to speak." The next week when it was time for my interview, I heard nothing. Fifteen minutes later I received an email saying the the partner was running late. Again, it was not until the next day that I heard from the partner. The partner yet again said we should set up another time. The partner yet again did not apologize. As a result I formally withdrew my application via email. Still, I did not get an apology for the complete disrespect of my time and the extreme unprofessionalism.

Muito bom a entrevista, aprendi mt com os colaboradores de maneira que me permitiram saber que eu nao era adequada para a vaga em questao, pois meu curso nao era compatível com a vaga e eu nao tinha experiencia para estagiar

Candidatura online e recebi uma ligação da empresa agendando uma entrevista. Foi realizada com mais 3 candidatos conjuntamente. Perguntas gerais sobre o seu currículo. No final é solicitada uma redação de tema aberto, sendo desejável em inglês.

Interview was professional and thorough. Complete description of tasks at hand and future of the company. During the interview I was able to meet the staff and take a quick tour of the office.

Objetivo, entrevista com o requisitante da área e RH. Os testes foram on-line, mas os 15 minutos de entrevista poderiam ter sido feitos via Skype. Economia de tempo para ambos os lados. No final não abriram campo para perguntas.
