I was taken aback by this question, as I felt it was asked as a result of my age (based on my work experience it is obvious I am not a "millennial"). A "millennial" clearly would not be asked this question. I felt this question to be inappropriate and a form of ageism. Ultimate Software should be cognizant that individuals of all genders and ages have much experience and knowledge to contribute.
