When I wanted to move from management staff to technical staff, I started by breaking that goal down into technical steps. I looked for a technical entry level position where I could learn the ropes for a couple of years. I worked hard, went to workshops, re-describe my daily schedules and I prepared for a certification, and I passed after couple of months. I promoted in my department within the first two years. I am proud of what I did, and I’m always looking for next challenge.
