The job description advertised as flexible so when I answered 3/4 days a week (as I have other priorities as well) the response was interpreted that I was expected to work 7 days a week as that is what the employer does! Absolutely ridiculous and especially more so as the work is unpaid! Red flags throughout the entire call.
