Not as difficult as it seems. Apparently, none of the DevOps guys at Unity (as per the manager's explanation) has done a CKA despite plans of moving to K8s. Very nice Management skills of the manager. You won't be selected if you have a CKA. Apparently, you seem to be overqualified for the position.
