If I would be ok with working as a contractor from 8am to 5pm with no ability to adjust for that time (except timezone wise). Also only offering 2 sick days a year and no vacation for 3 years (and then, only 2 days a year starting on the 4th year). Also no medical benefits and a salary which is VERY low end ($30/hr).
