I received the invite for a video call after 2 months of my application and it was an email of a one day notice.
After my screening call, within 2 days, was invited for the first interview with the hiring manager. Then got called for the 2nd and final interview on site. The on-site final interview was a bit misleading as they gave me a tour of the office which gave me a positive vibe that I'll get the job. However it was very disappointing that they rejected my application in the next two days.

Interview
The HR interview was short. I was glad that first chat was with my immediate manager and this ensured I had clarity of the job at hand. The manager was nice to talk to and not intimidating as in some cases. Although in that chat with the manager I got clarity that the opening was not something that I wanted to do and hence my interview ended there.
