I've experienced the same issue. I heard they post fake ads, just to get resumes for potential/future job orders, that's why they won't bother to contact you, the job doesn't actually exist. I've watched their postings for the past year and they repeat the same job postings (they're not even creative enough to change it up). There is no way the same jobs keep opening up, it's so obvious they are running fake ads. The Troy MI office is the worst!
