Quite a lengthly process. three rounds of interviewing plus a mini project (unpaid). Staff and interviewers all seemed very professional and asked well-thought out questions. Happy for interviewees to ask questions. Selected 'difficult' as the mini project wasn't that mini... at least a full days work.
