I applied through university. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Nestlé (East Lansing, MI) in Sept 2018
Interview
The interview was behavioral and technical. They asked about my group work, presentation and oral skills. This interview was the day after speaking with them at the Career Fair booth. They had a long list of interviews and said I'd move on to final round, but haven't gotten back to me 3 months after the interview.
I applied through other source. I interviewed at Nestlé
Interview
The racist interviewer asked me if I know that this is an Israeli funded company? and I am from the Middle East. He wouldn’t have asked any other candidate that question in a "technical" interview!

Question 1
The racist interviewer asked me if I know that this is an Israeli funded company? and I am from the Middle East.
the interview itself was rather difficult, we had to interact on a real case studies, several interviews, but good atmosphere and qualified people giving the interviews. Human resources were useless
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Nestlé (Cleveland, OH)
Interview
I got called by a nestle recruiter about this position. After a fairly expedient process with two phone interviews followed by an onsite interview I heard silence. I assumed I didn't get the job, but the recruiter stopped responding to e-mails. My assumption was confirmed when Nestle called me about a month later trying to put me through the interview process for another position. I declined to indulge.

Question 1
The interview questions were fairly standard:
Why do you want to work here
What do you know about the company
