Explained the overall design process and what I have done. But interviewer does not like the answer. I mean no offense but something is very wrong with how the hiring sr manager approach the interview. Said many uncalled for things. Attacking my previous employer, experience, upbringing without any attempts to establish common ground. Normally I do not write reviews but whatever experienced should not have happened. It could be myself as a candidate(I am not perfect) but sincerely try to establish rapport but difficult if the other side doesn't not want to hand shake.
