Ans 2: The question tries to find out the differences in function between Internal Control job specifications and that of an Auditor. So i stated to the interview that the the reporting line of an Internal control Officer differs from that of an Auditor, in that, the Internal Control Head reports the Management while the Auditor reports to the Board of Directors. Also i stated that Auditors compliments the work of Internal Control Officers as they do third level review of job that has already been carried out by the Internal Control Officers aimed at checking for errors not spotted by the Internal Control Officer. lastly, i itemised the job specification of Internal Control Officers and that of Auditors
