I had only one interview for the position, which was a mix of behavioral and technical questions. The interview panel included one person from HR and one person from the engineering team.

The interview consisted of a single session lasting approximately twenty minutes. During this time, I was asked a series of standard questions related to tutoring, that covered various aspects of teaching strategies, student engagement, and communication with families.
