What is the difference between Agile and Traditional Project Management (Waterfall)?

We get feedback in each phase in Agile process whereas we have to wait till the end of the project in waterfall. We can not proceed with Testing an application until the complete development is finished and called off for testing whereas in Agile process, design, development and testing will be done parallel.
