When I'm working on a project, I don't want just to meet deadlines and I don't like deadlines. Rather, I prefer to complete the project well ahead of when it is due and I want it to be perfect. Deadlines rush things and that is why I don't like deadlines. Although I am sure I never miss even a single one. I've learned to add some speed in doing my work by involving as many as help that I can get from as many as people I can work with. I love working with people from different backgrounds and organizations.
